Launching a fan experience platform

We worked with KRC Genk, a football club in the Belgian Pro League, to design their first-ever supporter facing platform. The question: "How can we build a digital future for our fans, business relations and club, to make our brand bigger and stronger?" Leveraging a centralized data platform, we helped define one central platform for all products and services of the club that will give the supporter and seat holder access to their fan profile, ticketing, and so on.

Enhancing user flows for a time-series analytics platform

Timeseer.ai, an Antwerp-based start-up, offers an AI-powered observability platform that helps businesses monitor their data proactively over time and see if the quality meets specific SLAs. Working with Timeseer.ai, we help them evolve their product design practices, introducing prototyping and testing to enhance the usability of their platform.

Designing a digital-first dealer and partner experience for a Belgian design house

We helped Tribù, a Belgian family-run design house, define and design a partner platform to improve the online experience for architects and dealers. We conducted user research to determine the needs, behaviors and pain points of their target users. By collaborating with their sales team and their key customer groups, we were able to design prototypes that helped them assess if the work resonated with this audience.

Redesigning an enterprise counter

Anyone who wants to become an independent entrepreneur has to deal with a lot of administration. Formalis, a business counter, wanted to redesign their employee-experience as they transitioned to a better application infrastructure. With their old system, they couldn't guarantee smooth customer service in the future, so we helped them define and design a new web-based software experience for employees, enabling them to provide a customer-first way of working.
